Orders

How can I get help with an order?

Email ambasadorevents8@gmail.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. Describe your question so we can identify the order.

Can I request a change or cancellation?

Contact us with your order details to ask whether a change or cancellation is possible. Please see our Terms of Service for the existing order terms.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

Our Refund Policy asks you to inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or incorrect. Include your order number and a description of the issue.

Delivery

How long will delivery take?

Estimated delivery is 5–15 calendar days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. For questions about your destination or an existing order, email us and include your order number when applicable.

What are the shipping charges?

For delivery to Italy and Poland, standard shipping is EUR 4.90 for orders below EUR 99 and free for orders of EUR 99 or more. For Poland, Shopify converts these amounts to PLN at checkout using the store's current exchange rate. Shipping charges for other destinations are shown at checkout. Check the final shipping charge before completing payment.

Sizing

How do I choose a size?

Review the size options and any measurements provided on the specific product page. Use the measurements for that item when available.

What if a size chart is missing or unclear?

Email us with the product link and the size you are considering before ordering. Ask for clarification of the measurements and fit for that specific item.

Returns and refunds

Where can I find the return conditions?

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. AMBASADOR Activewear pays return shipping costs. Read our published Refund Policy for eligibility, exceptions and refund information.

How do I request a return?

The published policy directs return requests to ambasadorevents8@gmail.com. Include your order number and the item concerned. Request the return instructions and confirmed return address before sending a parcel.

Where should I send a return, and who pays shipping?

AMBASADOR Activewear pays return shipping costs. Contact us before sending a parcel to receive the confirmed return address and instructions for your item. Do not assume the contact address is a return address.

How can I ask about a refund?

Refer to the refund process in our Refund Policy. Email us with your order number if you need an update on a return or refund.
